To the question of integrity of inviolability: social and philosophical analysis of a number of conceptual approaches

Article is devoted to a burning issue which is on a joint of several scientific directions – integrity of inviolability. The basis for determination of features of realization of the right to integrity of inviolability is degree of freedom of the person. The author investigates the social and philosophical bases of integrity of inviolability by means of the analysis of a number of concepts about freedom of the person as they differently open ideas of essence of freedom in society in general and, as a result, give different understanding of integrity of inviolability in him. At the same time also the fact that in the global world there is a transformation of many traditional representations which are intended to guarantee nonviolent existence of the person and society, the person and the state is considered, including – ideas of freedom.
