Influence of development of the strong-willed organization of the personality on successful choice of profession by students

Article is devoted to a problem of choice of profession by students, and influence on this process of the strong-willed organization of the personality. In article strong-willed qualities of students in the course of choice of profession are investigated. Results of the training work directed to increase in the strong-willed organization of the personality in the course of choice of profession by students are described. The scientific value of the real work consists that in it the problem of studying of feature of process of choice of profession, proceeding from influence of the strong-willed organization of the identity of students is solved.
