Psychological aspects of optimizing joint labor activities in the framework of the organization

The main psychological aspects of optimization of joint labor activity within the organization are studied in the article. The most important, according to the author, are such as, interpersonal relations, leadership style, psychological climate in the team. The work reveals the essence of these aspects, describes their specific characteristics. Particular attention is paid to the emotional component in the formation of the «psychological fabric of the organization». The specifics of the management style that promotes the development of constructive interpersonal relations are revealed.
