Integral approach in work with development of emotional stability of person and overcoming negative conseqence of psychological trauma

In this paper we consider different approaches to understanding the nature of altered States of consciousness. A cultural and historical review of the role of altered States of consciousness in the history of mankind is carried out, and theoretical models are proposed that can complement and expand the existing ideas about the structure, functions and role of altered States of consciousness in modern psychological science.
