Autopsychological competence and the possibility of its development in the process of university training of future specialists

the article presents the results of studying the possibility of developing students' autopsychological competence during University studies. The study concerns the determination of the content characteristics of the autopsychological competence of future specialists, the development of a system of criteria-based assessments for this purpose. The authors conducted the diagnosis of personal indicators responsible for the development of students' autopsychological competence, developed psychological and pedagogical conditions aimed at the formation of the zone of the nearest development of students' personality, their ability to understand themselves, self-actualized, to develop self-regulation processes, to assess their personal resources.
