The person as the subject of vigorous activity represents extremely difficult dynamic system which is characterized by interrelation of various components reflecting the multidimensional nature of interaction of the person with surrounding reality. The orientation of the personality acts as an indicator of formation of the personality, a certain level of her development and a social maturity. In foreign psychology various components of determinants of behavior and acts of the person in this connection, big distribution was gained by numerous theories of motivation are considered. The orientation of the personality is a steady system of the components revealing tendencies of behavior of the personality in various situations and defining her social shape. Different authors include various making components and forms as which features of her behavior in this or that sphere of activity act in structure of orientation.
