The psychological analysis of the interaction category is presented in the article. The process of interaction between subjects of the educational process of review in relation to the system of higher education. Some interactions and impacts of training and trainees on each other are shown. The direction of the educational process in modern conditions is considered. Subject-subject and subject-object relationships are defined that form a complex structure of interaction between students and teachers.
