Theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the research problem showed that in psychological science there are different points of view, approaches to the formation of the motivations of pedagogical activity of students. Uniting all is the idea that formed the system of motivation of the person, representing a dynamic characteristic, determines the General direction of the person, the desire of the person, his life, and, of course, professional activity. In this article is spoken about of the psychological conditions of the formation of motivation teaching activities of students in the learning process in higher educational institutions.
