Social-normative and anthropological functions of legal culture

This article is about an exploration of functional role of legal culture like an independent phenomenon which doesn’t have enough scientific attention, in particular, defined only approaches to exploration of that question. At the same time, complex exploration of legal culture’s functions allows us to open essential features of legal culture, it’s place and role in the society. Besides, this executable function of legal culture essentially affects to operation of all state’s mechanisms, it’s units, social activities, it’s collectives and organisations.
