Protective function as one of the key functions of rock culture

This article is devoted to the consideration of one of the key functions of such a phenomenon as rock culture. For all its obviousness, this function does not yet have a specific name. Nevertheless, it is possible to define in what it consists and formulate it in a few words. This function of protection, assistance, rescue, participation, support, consolation both at certain critical moments and periods of a person's life, and support for him in general. It is difficult to overestimate the significance of this function, since civilization and culture, in addition to the aggregate of all the benefits and positive prospects, also carry a large number of threats and problems of a different plan and properties. Thus, the urgency of researching this functional aspect of rock culture is obvious.
