In article presents projects with explore ethnopsychological characteristics family ethnos Tuva and others. The study, conducted jointly with a group of scientists from Moscow in hard-to-reach kozhuunah (districts) of Tuva in the field of experimental psychology, devoted to the peculiarities of formation and leakage of cognitive processes in Tuva conditions of use of the new information and communication technologies in education and in everyday life.
