Features of the new model of the State Cultural policy of Russia

The most important elements of value-oriented model of the state cultural policy of Russia and the mechanisms of its implementation are examined. The main attention is paid to the analysis of legal acts presenting a conceptual body of the Russian value-oriented State Cultural policy, such as “Bases of State cultural policy", "Strategy of the State cultural policy for the period until 2030" and "Strategy of National Security of the Russian Federation". The author comes to the conclusion that the creation of value-oriented model of the State Cultural policy of modern Russia, definitely, should increase the readiness of the State and society to meet the numerous challenges of nowadays and ensure a breakthrough socio-economic development of the country.
