The article is devoted to the use of strategies of protective and coping behavior of police officers in everyday situations arising in the course of work. Special attention is paid to the degree of their adaptability and intensity in the context of the rationality of their application in the context of work. The results clarify the overall view of protective and coping behavior of employees and find practical application in the provision of psychological support.
