Study of psychological determinants of individual style of the activities of staff of telecommunication company

The article actualizes the problems of the formation of an individual style of activity and its implementation in a social and professional environment. This problem is revealed by the author from the standpoint of improving the quality of functioning of organizations or enterprises on the basis of researching various aspects of the activities of employees. The article defines the concept of "style" and is justified by the author from the standpoint of formal features inherent in the manifestation of this phenomenon, which are presented in a specific classification reflecting aspects of the totality of ways and means of carrying out activities, a system of specific personal qualities and properties, as well as mechanisms for adapting to objective requirements of the performed activity. The article presents the results of experimental activities, showing the study of the features of the manifestation of the styles of professional-activity communication of employees in the conditions of the organization.
