Features of emotional burnout of officers of operational-search activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of emotional burnout in the employees of the operative-search activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Based on the analysis of the materials of the empirical study of the relationship between self-awareness and the level of emotional burnout, emotional, cognitive and behavioral components of self-consciousness that exert a significant influence on the development and level of emotional burnout of the ORD employees are revealed: self-relationship, self-image in the eyes of others, general level of self-regulation.
