Achieving personal integrity: the author's technique

The article is devoted to one of the discussed problems of modern time – personal integration and integrity of the individual. The analysis of concepts "integration", "disintegration" is carried out, various approaches to interpretation of concepts in modern scientific discourse are presented. The author of the article presents his own development of psychological technique "Paper third eye", which is used to help them in resolving internal contradictions, value conflicts, getting rid of phobias, fears and other disturbances. The technique is based on the synthesis of various theories, concepts and methods of integrity psychology. The procedure for the use of technology is shown in a specific example.
