Creative-statistical approach to the definition of precedent phenomenon

The article deals with the problem of precedent and, in particular, the problem of the definition of such a concept as "precedent phenomenon". In particular, different points of view of different researchers on precedent phenomena are investigated. The author proposes to use a creative-statistical approach in the definition of cultural concepts, and illustrates this method by the example of the definition of "precedent phenomenon".
