Basic methodological aspects of musical psychotherapy in psycho-correction and prevention of stress condition (on the example of the «singing bowls» method)

The article focuses on the problems of escalating the importance of musical psychotherapy methods in improving the level of human health. The article proposed a methodological solution for the prevention and correction of stress states based on the «singing bowls» method. The author pays attention to the conceptual essence of the method, its fundamental nature within the framework of ancient traditions, strengthened by modern scientific research.
