The article deals with the problem of the temporal relativity of the image of the world of subjects working of the shift method. The image of the world of the subjects working of the shift method is professionally and temporarily specific, as a result of which: difficulties arise, as an intrapersonal character, connected with the peculiarities of the development of the personality; and interpersonal - the problem of the implementation of parent-child, marital relations, personalization. The relevance of the consideration of this problem and finding the possibilities of its solution is determined by the practice needs.
