Methods for research and diagnosis of human mental development

The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of methods for the diagnosis of human mental development. The author has analyzed the problem of the mental development of the personality and the influence of external factors on development, which has its own special interpretation in different directions and approaches. It was emphasized that the most recognized and authoritative methods for the study of mental development have several disadvantages. The attention is focused on the fact that the task of a psychologist is to identify the optimal structure of using methods for diagnosing mental development of a person to achieve the most reliable results.
