On the issue of ideological and methodological significance of the idea and concept of civil society

The work is devoted to the meta-theoretical issues of the concept of civil society. The relevance is associated with the popularity of this scientific term, including the formulation of goals and objectives of various organizations, forums and communities, as well as in the evaluation of management despite the fact that the area of the meaning of this abstract object remains unclear. The aim of the study is to determine the boundaries of the scope of the meaning of this concept and the nature of its relationship to reality.
