The influence of self-leadership on the choice of coping strategies from the perspective of three areas of mental activity

Self-leadership is a relatively new way of intervening in the development of human resources, through which the personality of spobon independently influence themselves in order to achieve a state of independence and self-motivation to act in the desired ways. The process of self-ownership includes mental, cognitive and behavioral strategies that give strength, purpose, meaning and direction to the efforts to effectively implement the tasks that need to be carried out. The result of self-leadership is associated with self-knowledge, maximizing personal and professional strengths and minimizing personal and professional weaknesses, achieving personal and professional self-efficacy and the ability to live a purposeful life.
