The Rise of Postmodern Philosophy out of a Crisis

The article is devoted to the comprehension of postmodern philosophy and its ideological, ethical, cultural and historical significance. The author notes the destructive and nihilistic features of the postmodern philosophy and its lack of a common fundamental conceptual basis. At the same time, the author hopes that thanks to the debate provoked by postmodern philosophy absolute and significant ideological and ethical postulates will return to the philosophy in our era since they are the origins of European philosophy and culture.
