Organizational psychology provides a comprehensive framework for understanding, managing and working employees in international and domestic organizations. This article reveals and interprets the transcultural approach to the study of corporate psychology and promotes understanding of the principles of work of a wide range of people in various organizations by identifying both common and subjective features that make people, groups and organizations unique from the point of view of foreign psychology in the context of Russian culture of work. The relevance of this study is emphasized by the fact that in the era of globalization, people of different cultures are increasingly working together, which leads to the establishment of intercultural communication, taking into account foreign and Russian trends in terms of work psychology. A competent interpretation of foreign research within the framework of Russian corporate psychology will help to avoid distorted stereotypes, promote international relations in the labor market and help to make a rational "grain" relevant for use in domestic organizations.
