Diagnostics of the level of psychological adaptation of military servicemen to military service

The level of psychological adaptation affects the efficiency of performance by military servicemen of their professional duties in trying circumstances. The higher the level of their psychological adaptation is, the more successful are the military servicemen in performing their duties. The opposite is also true. This article explores the psychological adaptation of military servicemen, who did their military service under conscription, who had the same ranks and the same living environment. The personal qualities of these military servicemen were diagnosed; the results were processed; then the comparative analysis of the personal qualities was performed among the military servicemen, who were adapted and who were not adapted to the military service
