Problems of employment of graduates of educational institutions

Despite the fact that the problem of youth unemployment today is rather intensively studied in various scientific fields, however, these studies are local in nature. In this article, relying on our own research, analysis of expert opinions and data of sociological surveys of other scientists, it is proposed to consider the characteristics of young people on the labor market, as well as the situation in modern vocational education, which creates objective obstacles for youth employment, and draw attention to the inadequacy of the educational system on quantitative and qualitative indicators of graduates' professional training that do not meet the demands of the labor market.
