Features of reflexive regulation of employees of the criminal executive system from the positions of the system-subject approach

In the framework of this article, the problem of the reflexive regulation of the employees of the penitentiary system is raised from the perspective of a system-subjective approach. The importance of research in this area is emphasized, since the deliberate professional activity of the penitentiary system employee acquires meaningfulness exclusively thanks to the ability to reflect. The study of the severity of reflection among employees allowed us to formulate reasoned conclusions both in relation to their ability to build a meaningful image of their service, and in predicting the professional competence of subjects of labor. At the same time, this article emphasizes the specificity of the manifestation of reflective regulation depending on the length of service and affiliation with different structural units of correctional institutions. The reflexive regulation of the employees of the penitentiary system in this study is studied by the author from the perspective of a system-subjective approach developed by E.A. Sergienko.
