Adaptation of foreign organizational psychology within the framework of progressive corporate culture in Russia

In the organization of the company's modern work culture involves not only material stimulants and physical conditions that meet the needs of comfort, motivating to constructive professional activity of employees – an important factor is the psychological climate in which every person works, whether it is a small office or a city-forming enterprise. If earlier, in the postwar period, in Russia there was a great emphasis on the "impact" of workers and the quality of products in order to quickly restore the production resources of the country, today domestic scientists are concerned about the issue of moral and ethical standards and team-building, affecting the quality of workers. In foreign countries, including the United States, researchers began to study this issue before the Russian, so that a large number of works based on the works of foreign authors, while not adapted to the characteristics and specifics of the Russian mentality. The relevance of this article is also due to the fact that the phenomenon of organizational culture abroad has been studied for more than a hundred years, and in Russia this science has no more than 30 years of experience
