Article contains these researches of semantic space of a mental trauma of women with breast cancer with use of the "Semantic Differential" method. On the basis of the received results the conclusion that a major factor of a trauma is individual semantic loading of experience of a "cancer" in the context of the system of the significant relations and social and role functioning is drawn, psychopathological reactions of patients and the ability to process a situation of mental trauma
