Acmeological examination in medicine as a possible and necessary procedure for determining ready for a profession in the health system

The article actualizes the problems of diagnosing the definition of professional readiness in the field of healthcare. The author considers this problem from the standpoint of applying acmeological examination as a possible and necessary procedure in medicine. The article substantiates the importance of acmeological expertise, due to the expansion of the boundaries of innovation in medicine and the need to improve the professional training of physicians. The author gives examples of the use of possible methods of acmeological examination, considers the study of acmeological phenomena from the perspective of studying the professional competence of medical workers, emotional stability to overcome professional destruction.
