The text addresses issues related to the effective support of speech and language therapy, the formation of the emotional-volitional sphere for children with alalia. The effectiveness of speech and language stimulation is determined by a wide range of determinants. An important role is played by individual predispositions, the influence of the educational environment, personality, professionalism, the amount of knowledge and skills of specialists, as well as a variety of methods used by them. Alalia, which is one of the most severe violations of speech development, has a negative and significant impact on the psychosocial functioning of children. The attitude of children to peers with impaired speech development not only affects intellectual, cognitive and motivational processes, including perception, attention, memory, thinking, but also transforms social behavior. It is assumed that remedial activities require planned, deliberate, and regular cooperation with different environments to achieve the desired goals and to form a comprehensive individual development of children with alalia. Currently, within the framework of early intervention and early care, it is noted that there are two trends concerning: direct participation of the health service, school, social studies, psychology, and also as a departure from intervention focused only on the child, and focusing on intervention family and environment oriented.
