Dudareva Marianna Andreevna  (candidate of philology, Peoples ' friendship University of Russia)

The Article is devoted to the apophatic places of Russian literature. The object of the study is the "Tale of the Golden Cockerel" Pushkin, has long attracted researchers features of the internal plot. Much attention is paid to the history of the issue regarding the folk tradition in the poet's work. The apophatic in literary criticism assumes the researcher's appeal to the inexplicable, inexpressible and is connected with "dark" places in the text. The tale is analyzed from the standpoint of historical poetics. Parallels are drawn with the Russian fairy tale, with Egyptian totemic beliefs. The analysis of the work shows that the poet did not just follow the folk tradition, but entered into a kind of poetic "dialogue-dispute"with it. Apophatic places in the fairy tale are such fragments of the text that can not be explained in terms of a rational approach to the text, logic and these "dark" places require folkloristic commentary.
