This article is dedicated to the prevented measures for helping the children of deviant behaviour in the educational institutions. The author of the article thoroughly considered the ways of overcoming the deviant behaviour and indicated the measures which have to be carried out by the state in order to successful solving the social – psychological – pedagogical problems of the future generation.
