Norm-setting as a path of formation of an adequate system of social relations

This article analyzes the leading factors in the crisis of Russian society. Explores the role of various factors in the rule-making process of modernity. Notes the importance of the role of informatization in updating social structures. Highlights the negative effects of globalization trends that threaten the identity of a particular society. Stresses the need to optimize the process of borrowing foreign experience in the process of socialization of youth. In the article it is proved that the elaboration of specific rules governing the existence of society, requires creativity. This is largely due to the change of cultural paradigms
