Accounting the psychological aspects in preventing injuries of agribusiness workers

The article actualizes the problems of accounting for psychological aspects in the prevention of injuries in the manufacturing sector. The author considers this problem by identifying occupational characteristics, namely psychophysiological qualities, are necessary for the implementation of labor activity in the conditions of agricultural enterprises. A review of occupational injuries and working conditions is presented, as well as the dynamics of their changes. The main occupational characteristics of workers are revealed. The main trends in ensuring psychological safety at work as a factor in preventing injuries are analyzed.
