Psychotechnology of knowledge of self and modern peace – systemic hedonism

Sokolovskaya Irina Eduardovna  (Russian state social University)

Volochkov Ilya Vladimirovich  (Perm national research Polytechnic University)

The article analyzes the philosophical ethical doctrine – system hedonism (kef-management), created to increase the productivity of life through the systematization of pleasures. The author of the technology I.V. Volochkov believes that a properly built pleasure management system can trigger a self-development vector in a person, and an incorrect one - a self-destruction vector. The author suggests dividing all the pleasures into two groups: useful and harmful. If pleasure does not take resources, then it can be recorded in a personal list of pleasures (in the terminology of system hedonism – «Menu of pleasures»). Harmful pleasures are not excluded, but are gradually supplanted by expanding the list of useful pleasures. Thus, having a «Menu of pleasures» consisting of hundreds of items, a person is recommended to use this or that pleasure every day, based on the rules of systemic hedonism. In this article, we will consider systemic hedonism from the point of view of psychology and show you how to use the systematization of pleasures for automated self-development in the modern «digital» world.
