This article refers to various indicators of the effectiveness of the mediation activities of the head of the organization. The factors that contribute to the effectiveness of the mediator are considered, the indicators and criteria of the effectiveness of the mediator's activity are given. Particular attention is paid to the competence of the head of the organization as a mediator in the settlement of conflicts between employees.
