this article discusses the components of resilience y and their relationship. The purpose of the study was analyze the specifics of mentality and components of resilience in the youth of the city of Sevastopol. Resilience is considered as an individual ability to manage in the context of cultural norms, environmental conditions and society with its resources, vitality determines the development of a person in spite of difficulties and problems. The components of resilience include self-efficacy, perseverance, an internal locus of control, coping and adaptation, family and social relationships, spirituality, culture and mentality. The article describes the results of a study of the components of resilience in the youth of the city of Sevastopol. It was found that among young people with developed components of resilience, constructive coping strategies and models of overcoming behavior prevail. The internal locus of control, coping and adaptation, family and social relationships predominate in the profile of resilience, such components as self-efficacy, perseverance and spirituality are less pronounced in general (which correlates with the peculiarities of youth coping strategies - low severity of assertiveness). As a result, it was found that there is a connection between the components of resilience, coping strategies and mentality features among the youth of the city of Sevastopol.
