Relationship of emotional state and stress resistance under forced isolation conditions in connection with pandemic

The article is devoted to the study of the specificity of the emotional-behavioral component in the structure of subjective factors of confronting the stressful situation of self-isolation in connection with the pandemic. Purpose of the work: to study the relationship between emotional states and stress resistance, to show the features of experiencing emotional stress depending on the formation of the structural components of stress resistance. The article studies the stress factors of conditions of forced self-isolation, describes emotional experiences, objective and subjective factors that determine their appearance. The essence of stress resistance is revealed, its relationship with the quality of psychoemotional characteristics of a person during the period of self-isolation is proved.
