The non-normative crisis of employment, the simple language of unemployment, is an urgent issue in the system of professional development of a person, this work details this problem. It also examines the theory of the concept of a non-normative crisis, its concept in the employment system and, of course, the psychological development of the personality against its background, as well as the practical problem of modern employment, methods for developing skills and competencies of the unemployed and, in principle, the concept of unemployment.
