Absolutization of the diversity of human cultures and historical relativism in the concepts of local civilizations

The subject of this article is the concept of local civilizations. The study covers the most significant personalities and positions that are the basis of these concepts. Using the example of O. Spengler, and A. Toynbee as prominent representatives of this concept, a comparative analysis is conducted, General principles are identified, and it is determined that historical relativism and the absolutization of the diversity of human cultures are the Central principle in the concepts of local civilizations.
