Personal characteristics of employees of organizations

this article examines the relationship between individual typological characteristics, employee satisfaction and corporate culture of the organization, using the example of two organizations from different fields of activity and different forms of ownership. The study analyzed the available psychological literature on the problem of studying the personal characteristics of employees of organizations, namely individual typological features (type of temperament), job satisfaction; described the corporate culture of two organizations in Penza based on empirical data. The assumption put forward in the study is that there is a connection between individual typological features, employee satisfaction with work and the corporate culture of the organization. Namely, the fact that there is a link between job satisfaction, the phlegmatic type of temperament of employees and the idea that the organization has a bureaucratic corporate culture (role culture) was confirmed. At the end of the study, managers and employees of organizations participating in the study were offered recommendations.
