Vagaitsev Viacheslav   (teacher, Barnaul law Institute of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, Barnaul)

The article highlights the problem of the relationship between the attitudes of classical rationality and the philosophical principles of poststructuralism. The relevance of the problem is due to the state of modern philosophical knowledge. That is, on the one hand, there is a noticeable process of philosophical creativity based on processing and a detailed study of philosophical heritage, and, on the other hand, attempts are being made to apply poststructuralist ideas in constructing philosophical concepts (A.K. Sekatsky, S.I. Korovin, P. V. Krusanov and others). The article also indicates the characteristic features of the poststructuralist discourse, their significance as opponents of the methods of classical rationality.

Keywords:classical rationality; poststructuralism; decentration; deconstruction; rhizome; intertextuality.
