Neutralization of negative information and psychological impact on military personnel in local wars and armed conflicts: modern experience of foreign armies

This article is devoted to the study of issues related to the neutralization of negative information and psychological impact on military personnel. The article shows the role and place of psychological operations in modern local wars and armed conflicts, reveals the main channels, mechanisms and consequences of destructive information and psychological influence. The article analyzes the experience of organizing and conducting measures of moral and psychological support and psychological support in order to neutralize the negative information impact on soldiers and officers, accumulated in a number of leading armies of the world, and considers examples of actions of the warring parties in modern hybrid wars.
