Adaptation of the self-leadership questionnaire (FDSK)

This article presents the linguistic and cultural adaptation of the test for determining the level of self-leadership (Günter F. Müller) on a Russian-speaking sample (n=329). The psychometric properties of the Russian adapted version of the questionnaire are evaluated, its reliability is proved. The structure of the methodology was also confirmed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, as well as constructive, convergent and predictive validity was proved.
