Intelligent dynamics in the world semiperiphery

In this work, the author attempts to analyze the main vectors of intellectual dynamics in the world semi-periphery. The theoretical and methodological foundations were modern scientific works and methods of intellectual history. Using the example of Russia and other countries, the processes of intellectual dynamics are critically analyzed. The negative aspects that negatively affect the course of intellectual dynamics in the semi-periphery are noted. Identifying the reasons why intellectuals tend to transform their practices. The necessary explanations and clarifications are given. In conclusion, the author summarizes the work.
