Smirnov Sergey Vladimirovich  (Ph.D., Associate Professor, Yelabuga Institute (branch) of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University)

The aim of the presented research is to comprehend and assess the most common scenarios of an ecological disaster. The article examines the essential aspects and consequences of global climate change and depletion of mineral resources. Arguments are presented that cast doubt on the role of humans in the process of global warming, and the role of natural factors in the formation of the Earth's climate is emphasized. The idea of insufficiently effective human use of the developed mineral deposits is substantiated, the task is to study the laws of natural reproduction of some of them. As a result of the study, the possibility of implementing negative environmental trends associated with the consequences of changes in global temperature has been substantiated, and, at the same time, the inconsistency of forecasts of the onset of resource hunger has been shown.
