According to researchers, even if final answers to all the questions that make up the problem of time are found, but the answer to the question of what objectively real parameters or characteristics differs the existence of past events from the existence of present events, and possibly the future, then the problem of time will remain a problem. In this regard, the authors try to substantiate the thesis - time in nature and society is always present, and the past and future times do not have the status of reality. At the same time, they proceed from the provisions of the functional concept of time, according to which time is formed and in time there are material, social, historical and other objects, processes (each object according to Einstein is a process), as well as from the fact that time does not exist outside of objects, processes , time is always present. Since time is formed and in time there are only material, social, historical and other objects, processes time, and outside of objects, processes, therefore, in the past and future time does not exist, according to the authors, the past and the future cannot have the status of reality. The authors theoretically substantiated the new scientific propositions they formulated. In the opinion of the authors, the research they carried out has practical significance as well.
