Legal nihilism and Marxist social philosophy: a critical research experience

The article is devoted to the study of legal nihilism as an object or field of influence from the Marxist philosophical worldview. The author proposes a concept according to which Marxist social philosophy (formerly historical materialism) is considered from the point of view of its negative impact on the legal life of a socialist society.
