The modern culture of an organization contains many aspects that shape its personality and reputation, make it recognizable in the world community. Therefore, the socio-cultural phenomenon of corporate culture in Russian organizations requires special consideration both at the level of specific companies and at the country level. Exploring corporate culture, the author sees in it a reflection of the national culture, its system of values, which are significant not only for the whole society, but also for a specific organization. This work is devoted to the analysis of existing practices of corporate culture, taking into account the specifics of Russian general cultural models. The study revealed the specific features of the corporate culture of Russian organizations, the features of the influence of managers (leaders) on its formation and the main obstacles that slow down the development of leadership potential within the framework of corporate culture.
